| ¡¡¡¡To facilitate your customs
clearance we have arranged a customs service at the Exhibition
Hall. This will give you the possibility to deal with all customs
formalities on site. The details are as follows:
1. Time: 13£º30¡ª19£º00, October
30th
2. Venue: Customs¡¯ Storage, 1st floor of the Exhibition Hall.
3. Procedures
¡¡¡¡A. Please complete the
Declaration Form carefully before entry and with this Form
apply to customs for temporary import exhibits.
¡¡ ¡¡¡¡Please contact our appointed freight forwarder Dragon
Link Enterprises Ltd. In case of not receiving this Form,
please call at Tel: + 86 10 6422 6340 or by fax at + 86 10
6427 1473.
¡¡ ¡¡¡¡If there is any promotional literature (including brochures,
leaflet), advertising gifts or give-away items included in
your imported goods, please make it clear to our Freight Forwarder
before applying to Customs, and prepare 2 pieces of samples
for Customs checking.
¡¡ ¡¡¡¡In order to make the Customs Clearance and duty paying
on the fast way, each exhibitor who has sold exhibits should
fill in the daily sales form.
¡¡¡¡B. Fill out the Disposal
Form.
¡¡¡¡C. All your exhibits that
declared by the exhibitors are subject to the on-site customs
inspection.
¡¡¡¡D. Exhibitors/dealers
who intend to hand-carry their exhibits out of China should
contact with Dragon-link beforehand, so that they will have
enough time to finish the Customs Clearance and making the
Customs Cover. Please be noted that all the temporary exhibits
except for the sold item, should return back to Customs Bounded
warehouse on Oct 31st.
¡¡¡¡E. Sales volume will be
calculated by Chinese Customs on spot and VAT will be levied
base on that.
¡¡¡¡F. Rate of VAT: VAT must
be paid as per the ¡°Regulations of Tariff on Import and Export
of People¡¯s Republic of China¡±, the VAT on imported coins
is generally 17%. Exhibitor will pay the duty and VAT at Customs
office on site.
** Please be noted that the levy of VAT is based on the following
standards:
For base metal coins and banknotes, it is based on your quoted
price upon your entry.
For precious metal coins, it is based on your quoted price
upon your entry as well as the value of the pure metal content.
¡¡¡¡G. Besides all these charges£¬Customs
will collect an extra service fee around RMB300.00 for each
shipment.
Please Note
¡¡¡¡A. In order to avoid coins,
paper notes and other exhibits for this show kept at the airport
by Customs, all the exhibitors who take the things by hand
carry, should keep informed with Dragon-link about contact
person¡¯s details, such as their mobile no., flight no., and
arriving time etc. So that they will help you make the Customs
Cover and doing the Customs Clearance at the airport.
¡¡¡¡B. Don¡¯t forget to present
the daily form about the sold items to the customs office
while paying the duties. Concerning the whole-lot of exhibits
at one time, the sales-contract and commercial invoice should
be submitted to the Customs on spot.
¡¡¡¡C. According to Customs
Control of the People¡¯s Republic of China, for the import
and export of gold and silver coin or other related products
in China, you need to get the import permit from the People¡¯s
Bank of China. Therefore, if you have any wholesales items
or the goods to be sold in bulk during the Exposition, you
need to submit to the Customs the purchase contract with China
Gold Coin Inc.
