Exhibitors/Dealers are to abide by all local, state
laws, relevant regulations and rules in all business activities.
2¡¢ Exhibitors/Dealers agree
to recognize and respect the committee¡¯s authority and fully
cooperate with the organizers during the exposition.
3¡¢ No exhibitors/dealers
may compete directly or indirectly with the activities of
the organizing committee. No dealers/exhibitors may release
any commemoratives in conjunction with the exposition without
the prior consent of the organizing committee.
4¡¢
BICE bourse tables/showcases cannot be transferred, sold,
loaned or leased to other exhibitors/dealers during the event
without the prior consent of the organizing committee. Table
sharing is limited to a maximum of 2 exhibitors/dealers per
table upon approval of the organizer.
5¡¢ No exhibitors/dealers
may show or offer for sale any counterfeit money, counterfeit
stamp, counterfeit card or puppet Manchurian stamp, Taiwan
stamps and coins issued after October 1, 1949£¬stamps and coins
without authentication or other illegal commodity or commodities
irrelevant to the exposition.
6¡¢ Huckster activities,
improper promotion or displays, which may result in confusion,
are not permitted.
7¡¢ Exhibitors/Dealers are
to sell numismatic items at reasonable prices with regards
to the then prevailing rate.
8¡¢ In case of any dispute
occurred during the exposition, exhibitors/dealers concerned
should handle it properly or turn to the organizing committee
for mediation.
9¡¢ All exhibitors/dealers
are expected to insure themselves and their materials. BICE
organizers shall not be liable for any loss or damage to numismatic
material or injury to persons and property for the duration
of the convention.
10¡¢ Exhibitors/Dealers
are not allowed to remove their exhibits until the end of
the exposition unless been approved by the organizing committee.
11¡¢ Advertisements about
exposition in the mass media and commercials should be examined
and approved by the organizing committee so as to refrain
from making false or unjustified statements.
12¡¢ Exhibitors/Dealers
should declare accurately the kinds, quantities, unit prices
and face values of their numismatic items at the customs,
and pay duty in full accordance with actual sales.
13¡¢ Exhibitors/Dealers
should make sure the good conditions of rented stuff, and
should compensate for any damages caused.
14¡¢ Smoking and lighting
fires in the Exhibition Hall is strictly prohibited.
15¡¢ Any violation of the
above-mentioned codes will be dealt with sternly. Person concerned
has to bear responsibility for all the serious consequences
arising herefrom.
